network password

i send and receive using 3 seperate pop3 accounts. if i
close outlook, it doesn't remember my passwords the next
time i send and receive. a dilogue box pops up to ask me
to 'enter network password'. i check the 'remember
password' box but this makes no difference. i have also
chequed the remember password box in my email settings
and this makes no difference either. i am a little fed up
with entering the passwords every time, any ideas?
