Never know when I will be able to send/receive messages!!!!

I am SOOOOO frustrated with Outlook 2003!!!! For 2 or 3
days I am able to send and receive with no problem. The
rest of the time I continuously get error messages and
have to wind up retrieving my mail through WebMail. I
know it is set up correctly, as 3 out of 7 days it works
properly. Any suggestions????? Thanks!
