I have been trying to set up an additional email account
on Outlook 2002 for my mother. All of the settings are
correct, I've already checked with my ISP, but when I
click on the Send/Recieve button a window pops up and
tells me to check my username and password. I've tried
putting in the username from the Account Info box and
also the complete email address, neither work, the window
just keeps popping up.
Please help, I've been trying to set this up for months
and have gone through the ISP and Outlook and neither has
been any help.
