Does anyone have the phone number to call to get my Office 2003
activated on the second computer?

Yes, you do. The telephone activation wizard is very straightforward and it
/tells/ you to select the number from the drop down menu.

However, if both systems are identical (2 laptops, 2 desktops, 2 tablets,
etc) then you are in violation of the EULA (unless you have the Students and
Teachers Edition) because it allows for installation on *ONE* desktop and
*ONE* portable, provided that: -

1) They are for the exclusive use of the primary licencee
2) They will not be in use simultaneously

Moreover, if you have an OEM licence (came with the original system or with
an item of non peripheral hardware) then it is forever tied to the original
system and may *NOT* be installed on any other - regardless of what fate
befalls the first.
