New Computer & 2003 Office Pro

How do I transfer licensing to a new computer for Office 2003 Pro.

I installed on my desktop & laptop as allowed; had to reinstall on desktop
because of errors.
Is running fine but need to move (do not need on old machine at all) and
install on to my new desktop but showing no installations left.

Uninstall it from the old PC and install to the new. When it comes to
Activation, try the internet option. If it fails, call the phone
number that it will display and explain to MS. They should activate
it without problem.
