New Document not loading correctly

I created a document on a blank Word 2007 document( a generic fax cover
letter) and printed it and thereafter closed the window without saving it(the
system did not prompt). Now, whenever I open a new document or Word in
general the same Fax coversheet that I created appears. How can I bring it to
a blank new document now? Thank you.

Have you tried closing out of the document and opening a new document (File

new) then exiting without doing anything to the new document? Maybe that

would help reset the template?
