New email window automatically closes after being idle

I'm having a problem with Outlook and writing new email messages. I'm using
Outlook 2003 with the Lotus Notes Plug-in and when ever I try to write a new
email message the message window closes after being idle for about 10 to 15
seconds. This also happens when I try and reply or forward to emails. Is
there anyway to prevent this?

I have same problem. What was the solution? I have reinstalled office and
this has not helped.

I had same problem, it was caused by a defective printer driver. To test if
it is a corrupt printer driver -- simply switch to another known good printer
driver (Image Writer) then test. This should solve the problem. The
permanent solution is to delete corrupt printer driver and reinstall.
