New mail delivered to Sent items folder

One of my colleges is ahaving a problem that I am unable to shed any light on.... All of his new mail that is received is being delivered straight to his Sent items folder, can any one help me out on this on pls

Try this:

tools | options | other | advanced options | general settings

Depending on which version of outlook you are talking about. It's there
where you tell it where to send incoming mail.
