New Office Document default...

Can I set the "New Office Document" window to highlight the word document or
any other document I want? It currently opens highlighting a blank
publication, which I would like to change. Thanks.

Version of office?
Basically you create a template - saving as a template - which should then
be available within templates for the specific module.
