I am trying to get email set up at a site outside of our
main office. I am trying to talk them through the set-up
and although I have set them up with a user ID and
password correctly and they have entered all the info
needed for a new Outlook account (Pop3/smtp info etc),
when they open Outlook it gives them an error message that
says the password is invalid? This is a little tricky as I
am not actually at the computer. Any suggestions?
