New Personal Folder

I am using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000.

I want to move all my email folders in my Personal Folder
except certain emails, current contacts, calendaring, etc.
into a new Personal Folder and call it Outlook 2003, and
then close it.

My .PST file is too large and I want to segment by year.

One way is by using the Archive function from the file menu, you can set
criteria by date and specify name and location of the archive file.
