New Profiles

We are setting up a new domain and by doing this in
Windows 2K+ it will actually be like adding a new user to
windows. Most users are at least on Outlook 2000.

What steps do I need to do to "copy" all of a users
Outlook defaults/settings to new users windows profile.
This will include
Contacts/Messages/Rules/Signatures/Customized Toolbars
etc. I've tried exporting/importing and copying and
pasting the .pst files, but not everything is "copied"
over. What other files are there?

Why can't anything in microsoft be easy?
