New tasks not showing in PWA view

I have added new tasks to the project plan . Saved it ,
published ( I have tried Publish All , Publish New and
Changed Assignments, Publish Project Plan, Republish
Assignments. All the options under Colloborate -> Publish)

But ..

the PWA view does not show the tasks in the Project view
or the Resource task view.

How do I make these new tasks show up in the PWA view.

check the view drop folder, are there any pending xml files? if yes, then u
might need to restart the services.

I am sorry I don't know where the view drop folder is. Is
this on the server itself ?

Two suggestions:
1.After you have published all informations , and then you
close the project;
2.After you have published all informations, you should
check the project pool at system bar to look it's work
result.

Hi Ramesh,

The ViewDrop folder is on the server under:
C:\Microsoft Project Server\Bin\ViewDrop

However, it is possible that the tasks are not showing up because they
happen too far in the future. Have the resource login and change the date
range for when the task should appear and see if that is the problem.

I checked the View Drop Folder and couldn't find any
pending files there.
