New to Office. Need help with starting new contact list different.

I have all of my contacts that are personal ones. Now I need to set up a new
set of contacts for my church. How do I keep them sepperate?

Use categories in Outlook for this purpose. When you add a new contact,
select from the provided categories list at the bottom right corner of the
untitled contact dialog box, or create your own category by adding it to the
master list.

Well Chris here is what I did. In the folders list I placed a subfolder under
contacts and named it church. It seems to have done the job did I do right?
