new user problem

I am trying to set up a new user on outlook express,I
follow all the step and it seems to be set up.when i open it up
a dialog box appears looking for user name and password,(this doesn't
happen for user that are set up properly) I can send E-mails but cant recieve
them.what do you suggest i do? i appreciate any advice,penny

What version of windows are you running? Sounds like you

need to create a new user in Users and Passwords!!!!
