newbie: block pictures in non-html messages?

My recipient has Outlook 2003. I want to send a message to her that
has a picture in it without using html. Will she always have to
double-click the attachment, or is there a setting in Outlook 2003
that allows her to see pictures attached to non-html messages inline?

You can't inline pictures in plain text messages.
