newsgroup link

Hi
I am in the process of getting a new computer which means starting all over
from scratch. My ISP does not do newsgroups, but at some point someone gave
a link that when you hit the link, PowerPoint newsgroup automatically sets
up. Anyone know what I am talking about?

thanks, but this was a link that set up the whole works by clicking on it.
I think it was from an MVP website, but can't remember who....
