How do I get my News Groups listed in Outlook rather than being sent to Outlook Express?

Outlook is PIM (personal information manager) that includes e-mail
functionality. It does NOT include NNTP (network news transfer protocol)
functionality so you cannot read newsgroups using Outlook. There is link in
Outlook to view newsgroups but all that does is load Outlook Express.

Outlook Express is the news client you use.
