Newsletter template color - possible to gray scale inside pages?

I am using a newsletter template, in color, but would like to print color
only on the front and back page. I'd like all template design on inside
pages to be of a gray scale. How do I do this?

Two separate publications... Or two separate print jobs. On your cover page, file,
print, do your printer preferences, print current page, click no. When the print is
finished, turn the page over, go to View, clear two page spread, go to page 2, print,
do your printer preferences, print current page, click no.
