No Activation Key in "My software" in Web Account

My hard disk crashed and I am trying (like crzay) to get back to normal and
went to find activation key on my software (as suggested by help adn forums)
and ther eis no actvation keys in my account - how do I request a new one? I
can not find anywhere I can request help.

The activation key can only be used one time to activate a Groove account. To
restore the Groove account which you have activated, please choose "user a
groove account which you have created" and then user your groove account
related email address and password to restore it.

If it doesn't work, please contact our Sales Manager Merryl at to revoke the
original groove account license and then create another new groove account.

Emily - thanks for your response. I tried to connect with
(e-mail address removed) adn the email bounced back - is this correct?
