No Color on Computer Screen

I have installed Pub 2002 on my laptop. When I open a
document and choose a type of project, there is no color
in any of the text boxes. I can't color them manually
either. I have Win XP and Pub 2002. How can I get the
color back. This is on screen, not for printing.

Look in your personal information found under edit, clear the "Include color scheme
in this set."

Also, I have a HP Color LaserJet 5500n. Somestimes when I use a color copied
from another source, the color on screen is completely different. For
example, a tan color comes out green. How do you correct this?
