No destination folders when importing calendar items

I'm trying to import calendar items from a .csv file into my Outlook 2003
calendar. When I go through the steps for the Import and Export Wizard,
everything seems to go fine until I get to the window where I select the
folder to import into - it remains blank. There are no folders to choose from
and I can't complete the import.

HELP! What is causing this and how can I fix it?
