No folder list when exporting to CSV

I am trying to export data from my personal folders to a
CSV file in OL2002-SP2. When I run the export wizard,
nothing shows up in the "Select folder to export from"
dialog. It is completely empty. By contrast, when I try
to export to a .pst file, all of my personal folders show
up in the "Select folder to export from" window.
Unfortunately, I need a CSV file, not a .pst file. Any
thoughts?
