No Right Click Menu

I don't know what's happened but I no longer get a menu when I right click
on an item in a mail or contact folder, though I do if I click on a calendar
or task item. Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?

I forgot to mention in my previous post that I'm using Outlook 2003.
