No rights on PST File HELP!!!!

Hi everyone...

I created a personal folders file where in I exported all
my old emails. Now When I tried to access the file I get
the following error message

"Properties for this information service must be defined
prior to use" when I click OK I get

"File Access is denied. You do not have permission
required to access the file E:\archive dec 2003.pst"

but the file was created on my computer with my login thus
I should have all the rights to acess the file. I
specificly stated that there should be no encrypption or
password on the file and I need to get a Email from it...
What can I do?

Your Problem sounds like the .pst File is marked as Read-
only. Ran into the exact same problem yesterday and
removing this tag solved it completely for me.
