A few things:

1) you should not have renamed the sound file. Whatever program you
created it in would name it - you link to that name and upload it.

2) Having it play automatically is a great way to get people to hit the
Back button as quick as their mouse can move. There really are some
people that hate background music, especially when they do not elect to
play it.

3) your images are way too large, causing your page to load extremely
slowly, even with a high-speed connection.

4) On the left hand side, your image of a smoking cigar (which I only
know that is what it is supposed to be because I read the alt tag)
overlaps your other image.

5) I don't have a clue why you have a radio button next to the Back to
the home Page link. But the link doesn't work in Mozilla.

I'm going to offer some other comments.
1) The page doesn't display correctly in the Opera browser, but the music
plays at this time.
2) The page doesn't display correctly in the Netscape browser. No music (a
blessing).
3) The page doesn't display correctly in the Firefox browser. Again, no
music.
4) The page displays correctly (I think) in the Avant browser. ARRRRRGGGH!
The music again.
5) The page displays correctly in the Internet Explorer 7 browser. More
music.
6) Why the link to majon.com? Usually a link in that location would be to
the webmaster...
