no templates can be found

I've noticed that sometimes the site has access problems. Either try
again....or, if you're using Office 2003, type the name of the file
type you're looking for in the help input box and you will get links
to those files on the MS site. Might work better for you?

Also make sure you don't have restrictions on your browser that would
cause this problem.
