Is it possible to send a reply/fwd without this line "No virus found in this
incoming message" popping up on the bottom? It's not there when I create the
message and send it! help and hurry in office!

Outlook is not doing that, it is some third party virus scanning software
you/ or your email/isp provider is using, you need to look into that.

Configure your anti-virus software to stop appending that signature. If
it doesn't let you disable that signature, get a different anti-virus
program.

You can delete "No virus found in this incoming message."

If you go to tray icon of AVG, double click it and AVG will open.

Go to Tools --> Advanced settings --> Click 'E-mail Scanner' tab --> see there a box named 'Cetrify e-mail', uncheck that box.

You're done!
