No work on a task, end milestone not updated? (but it should)

Hi!

If a task end earlier than planned, end milestone is updated.
If a task is longer than planned, end milestone is updated.

But what if the resource didn't work on the task? The milestone should be
update because the project will be late?

I can see with the progress line that the project will be late, but is there
a way to know the estimated end date?

I can increase the task duration knowing the number of days late, but is
there a better way?

Hi,

Show the Tracking Toolbar
Select the "undone" task
Click the "Reschedle Work" button

The same with more options through Toolls, Tracking, Update Project.

May be I am wrong, but in most projects, almost every week, resources cannot
work as scheduled, so the end date will change every week, so I need to do
this operation once a week?

Yes I know it's only 2 clicks it is not the problem. I was hoping for an
integrated solution for the problem instead of a 'don't forget the manual
operaton or the end date will be wrong'.
