need a template for everything?

Start off with

1. Your qualifications.. why do you think that you are in a position to
nominate somebody

then follow up with

2. Who is being nominated.. their relationship to you
3. What the person has done to deserve the job/nomination
4. Why you think that the person should be nominated

then sign off and mail it
