Non-printable margins

When creating a publication, I can't get the lower margin
to be viewed in print preview nor can I get the lower
margin to print to print unless I bring it up from the
bottom of the page. I do not want it that high. I have
tried everything that I can think of. Any suggestions?

Firstly, what version of Windows and Publisher are you using???

Secondly, what screen resolution are you using?

Thirdly, the bottom margin is set by the limits of your printer.
The bottom margin on most printers is between 5mm and as high as 16mm

This is not a problem with Publisher, it is a physical limitation of your
printer.
