To add to Suzanne's suggestion...
If you are dealing with a form, you may want to try including Help with your
form fields. You can have a help screen appear when the user hits F1 with
the cursor in the field, and/or have short help appear in the status bar
whenever the cursor is in the field.
Just double click the field and click on the Help Text button from within
the property dialog. If you need the same help text for may fields, it is
easier to create an Autotext and use that when adding help screens with your
form fields (there is a dropdown listing all the autotexts).
