Sometimes I see this message pops up when I close Word 2003
or Outlook 2003 . "The file Normal.dot already exists. Do
you want to replace the existing file?" Yes or No, which
should I choose? What is it asking?

Choose neither. Instead, disable the Office Plugin that comes
with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
