Norton Anti-Spam Folder

I have Norton AS installed and run it with my Outlook.

I have 2 profiles, 1 for work, 1 for home. ( They do not run at the same
time) When I switch from one account (mainly the business to the home) to
another there is an runtime error message see below and Outlook crashes. I
then have to re-start Outlook with NAS "disabled".

Any hints as to why this is happening?

You omitted the err.msg
But I would guess NIS isnt properly configured for the dual profile

Sorry about that...I couldn't add a picture.

The message reads "Outlook experienced a serious error the last time the
add-in 'norton antispam outlook plugin' was opened. Would you like to
disable this add-in? To reactivate this add-in, click About Microsoft Office
Outlook on the Help menu, and then click Disabled Items."

Any suggestions on "how" to configure the dual profile?

Well allthough I use NIS I dont use multiple profiles, perhaps this helps

I've tried that already. It seems to be a persistant problem.

I guess I'll report it as a bug.
