Norton Internet Security 2004 and Outlook Errors

When I start Outlook I get the error "Microsoft visual
C++ runtime Library" and then "program terminated in an
unusual way."

I click "OK" and the program shuts down. I open Outlook
2000 again and it's fine the second time. If I change
users then the first time I open Outlook 2000 I get the
error. No problems the second time.

I installed Norton Internet Security 2004 recently

I am getting an identical error and I too installed Norton
Internet Security 2004 yesterday. Just after that, I
started getting these pop ups.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook to no avail.

I don't understand why you would uninstall Outlook, check here for an
interesting conversation and a possible solution (rename MsouPlug.dll)
