Not able to add new e-mail account in outlook 2003

I am not able to add any new porfile or e-mail account on my friend's
computer. While clicking on add new e-mail account, the options available are
all appearing disabled. Please help me in enabling those options. Might be
some registry settings.

Hi CP,
maybe you first try to create a profile or a new Profile.
If this wont work also, please go into the control panel > Software >
Microsoft Office > Add/Remove > and use the option Repair!
