Hi
I have tried to run the Critical path , But because of reasons not known to me everything was not on Critical path which i s not correct.

What may be the problems ..Logic, relationships or any..How to fix it..
Thanks in advance.

Are the "not critical" tasks with 0d Total Float 100% complete? 100%
complete tasks are set to "Critical = No" even if they're slack is 0d,
because they can't change if they're already completed.

For more info:
1) Press [F1]
2) Type in "critical path"
3) Click search
4) Click [All about the critical path]
5) In the screen with the brown left edge, click [What is a critical task?]

In many, in fact most, projects not everything is on the critical path. A
task can be critical in the sense that delaying it will cause another task
to miss a deadline but it still doesn't lay in the critical path for the
project per se. Are you saying that there are tasks that are not marked
critical yet they have a total float of zero? Are you sure you're looking
at total slack and not free slack?

Do you have predecessors identified for all (or almost all) tasks? You must
have that to identify a critical path.

What happens when you change the filter to Critical? Do any tasks show?
