Not able to view tasks in Project Web Access

I have an individual that is unable to view his tasks in Microsoft Web
Access. Every time he clicks on "tasks" it takes him right back to the home
page. I have had him try removing pop blockers as this has been a problem in
the past for individuals, but he still cannot access his tasks. Any
suggestions?
