Not being to access any of my Office options

[Some one very frustrated]

Everytime I turn the computer on, the first thing it says
is Microsoft Office Inc. location is unavailable. I have
never had this problem until outlook express & that oh so
tempting AOL 9.0. Have I lost something some where or
what? I can't find it. How do I get this back? Any help
would bee appreciated!! I also am having a problem with
browser setup. I need a compatable browser for a program
named Ultimate Family Tree. My mother left it to me when
she passed on and I can't get a browser that will work
with it. Please help, I would hate to lose any of the
info she has stored on it and have some that I would like
to add. Thank You anyone!!

Hi, Some one,

You will need to contact someone at Ultimate Family Tree to find out how to
get access to their data. My guess is that the family tree data can be
exported to GED format and can then be read/imported by many, many genealogy
programs. Check with an online group such as www.ancestry.com.

Regarding Office, you'll want to post back with the exact error message you
are receiving, and what version of Office and what operating system you are
using.
