Not Enough Memory" Error Message When You Search for Clips
in a Publisher Document During a Terminal Services Session:

One of my users gets the above error when in publisher.
Other users are ok. Her rights were just a domain user, I
tried changing it to even administrator - but still the
same error.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem and advice us
to apply a support fix but do not tell us where to find it
accept they say this: "To resolve this problem, contact
Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix" and
it is a paid service!!

Has enyone encountered this issue? How did you fix it?
short of calling Microsoft's paid support!!

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message
from AS said:

It is not a paid service. If you need to obtain a hotfix, you call the
toll-free number and you are then sent the fix. The only charges you might
incur are long-distance charges.
