Not enough memory

Hi,
I have been having a problem with my outlook express. It
will work for a while, but later in the day, I can go in
to read some new mail and when I try to answer, the error
message "There was an error opening this message. There
is not enough memory" comes up. I then have to reboot my
computer in order to answer any more mail. What could
this be???? I appreciate your help.
