not receiveing attachments

I am not recieiving any emails with the attatchments.Not just NOT the
attachment but the email doesn't arrive either..I check my web based email
and it receives it there for the same account..i unchecked the windows that
say do not receive attachmments also..any ideas?.my isp was no help at
all..thanks

Neither are you of any help.

Please post your version of Outlook (Not Express), when this problem began
appearing and what you did just prior to the problem cropping up. Do you
get any error messages? What is the exact text?

Otherwise, we have no starting point for troubleshooting this problem.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
