not receiving e-mails.

Although I can send out e-mails from my Microsoft Outlook account, I am not
receiving in-coming mail. I have tried to send out mail and reply from other
accounts, but they get kicked back from my Microsoft account. Any
suggestions?

Forgive me, but what does "I have tried to send out mail and reply from

accounts, but they get kicked back from my Microsoft account." mean? Does it
mean that you have sent yourself an e-mail using another account and that it
comes back as undelivered? Are there any error messages when you try to
retrieve e-mails? What happens if you send yourself an e-mail using your
account (the one which sends but doesn't receive)?

What type of email account? (POP3, Exchange,... ?)
What is the error message in the NDR?
