not showing the content

Hi,

After receiving a NDR the content of the message is never displayed in
Outlook2003, why?
But it is in the print-out when I print the NDR.
Is it possible to show the content of the message in a NDR in Outlook2003?
(we are using Exchange enterprise server 2003 with Outlook 2003)
