NOTE FLAGS

How do I change EXISTING note flags to be a different symbol that I created
in the modifying note flags?

Right now all my note flags are a blue square, and I created a green square
that I would like to replace all the blue squares that I've already used in
the file.

Thanks.

You can't do a mass replace like you're talking about. Once a note gets a
Tag assocatied with it, it keeps that definition and it is not linked in
any way to the original Tag definition. This lets OneNote handle Tagged
notes which may have come from another computer (like from a Shared
Notebook) without any errors.

What I do in that situation is use the TAg Summary to find all notes with
that Tag applied, then I manually remove the old-defined Tags and then re-
apply the new one.
