Note lost due to mobile synch

1. Created OneNote note on mobile device
2. Synched to PC
3. Changed on PC
4. Thought I had synched back to mobile device
5. Changed on mobile device
6. Tried to synch and was prompted to overwrite one or other. This did not
suit.
I guess what I should have done at this point was to make a copy of the note
on the PC and then overwrite the original PC note with the current mobile
note, but...
7. Moved the PC note out of the Mobile folder to another folder
8. Synched the mobile device
9. Current note does not appear on the mobile device or the PC.

Can it be recovered?
