Note text proplems

SHM

I have a presentation that I need to edit the notes section and every time I
try to past new copy within the existing text all my copy goes whaky
(different sizes) forcing me to reformat everytime I past copy.
I am using 2003 WIN any Idea why this is happening and how can I fix it.
I have about 200 slides I need to do.

Thanks SHM

Have you tried using the Edit, Paste Special, and selecting unformatted
Text?

Instead of simply pasting the text into the notes following these instructions:

Copy the text
Select Edit > Paste Special
Choose Unformatted Text > OK

The text will now take on the format you established in your Handouts Master.
