Nothing working

Hello
I've designed a database that's been great and all well.
A few days ago, I made some adjustments and added new stuff. Very happy and
it worked fine
Opened today and it opens ok but not a single command button works. There is
no error message or VB debugging either. just nothing.
I re linked the back-end again, took me a couple of goes which was a bit
strange but managed it. But still nothing works, not even the next record or
close commands.
I compacted and repaired but still nothing.
Any help will be very grateful.
(MSAccess 03 + Vista Business)

MS Access 2003 and 2007 have a feature (??) that can disable all code if
there is not a proper certificate for the app or it is not stored in a
"safe" location. Your problem is definitely related to this. To prove
/disprove do this to your self, close your app; go to Tools\Macro\Security
and set the level to "Low"; reopen your app. Bet the code runs again.
