Notifying Mananger about workday change

My team member would like to notify me about a change in his availaibiltiy.
He had chosen notify manager of the time not available for work under Tasks
tab.
But he has viewed a message "You are not assigned to any tasks on any
administrative project".
But I have created an administrative project and published it.
I have also built a team from enterprise.
What is the problem.
Plwease help me.

Meena --

Did you create the administrative project by doing the following in
Microsoft Project Professional:

1. Click File - New
2. Click the "On my computer" link in the sidepane on the left
3. Click the Enterprise Template tab
4. Select the Administrative Time template and click the OK button

If so, did you build the project team using Tools - Build Team from
Enterprise? And did you assign each team member to at least one task in the
administrative project? And did you publish the project using Collaborate -
Publish - All Information? Let us know.
