NT4 - Exchange 5.5 - Outlook 2003

Hi

I have Servers running NT4 SP6 + Exchange 5.5 SP4
I have Outlook 2000 & XP (2002) connecting to this servers and it is working
fine

Now I have Outlook 2003 trying to connect to these servers and it does not
work @ all.
I can connect to my exchange using telnet with the IP & Name.
Outlook 2003 does resolve the server name but when I try to open outlook it
tells me that the server is not available.


Please HELP.
